      You will have to leave your E-mail address. After I send you the files, then go back to your comment and delete it. There might be another way thru RUclips, but I don't know it. FYI, just hover over your comment, three dots will show up. Click on them, and you can edit your original comment or delete it.

    thank you Sir for sharing great work. I think i will use your plan other than the expensive poorly made kits available. I would very much like to have your drawings/plans. How do i go about getting them? Thank you!! I would leave my Email but the spammers have ruined that. Can you contact me or an email for you?

    Quicker way to make the special screw. Lock Tight nut to a partially threaded 10-32 screw then cut nut to countersink angle. Then cut the un-threaded end of the screw off and point it.

    Made in CHINA. Take the plastic hose back to Harbor Freight and tell them you want a new hose. Right the date some where when you brought this and send your warranty card in, and save the sales slip in the owners book. I don't even think they make or sell these today. You can split wood be both directions. 11/2021

    Pretty good for a first attempt... But the cutters are spaced and leave material between cuts.. Need to make some 40° angled cutters and flip every other one..

    • @EverhardVideos

      Last time I sharpened the cutters I rounded their corners. That made it easier to cut/ move sideways.

    Another consideration I failed to mention in the video, this design allows the device to be bumped away from the part when it is accidently run into with rapid travel, so it doesn't get broken. It is just a matter of time till that occurs.

    • @EverhardVideos
      @EverhardVideos 5 лет назад

      Best I recall it is 6.5 hp. I don't know gpm. Perhaps read Harbor Freight's specifications for that. I know the pump "gears down" when confronted with hard to split wood. It has enough power to bend it's bed/frame. I have split 2 foot dia. Hickory with it, no problem.

    Ross I agree with Freakingstang . You have one of the best stoves made on earth. I used to sell the Avalon which was the sister stove to the Lopi. Travis Industries is one of the best. Over all the years we had only one call back on a wood stove and it was because they were not shutting the blower off when they cleaned it? Their complaint was it was too dirty!! By not turning off the blower they were sucking soot out ?? Maybe try splitting some of your wood a little smaller this will help it dry faster . Good luck Ross ! Great little invention!

    • @EverhardVideos
      @EverhardVideos 5 лет назад

      Agree, each year my wood has gotten more seasoned, as a matter of fact this coming season's wood will be 1 1/2 years old, and my first hickory. That first year the wood had been cut only a few months before the burn season. Each year there is less and less to clean out. I only used the vacuum attachment twice last season.
